The PIR 1031Funds Program® is a collaboration between PIR and our DST investors. We don’t work with every accredited investor who shows interest in the PIR 1031Funds Program® – we’re looking for folks who share certain mindsets that we feel are critical to the success of this kind of collaboration.
Please review the list of mindsets below and see if they match the way you see the world. We don’t expect you to be an exact match to every part of this list, but we do use this list as a guide to help us choose the accredited investors we invite to enroll in the PIR 1031Funds Program®.

4.) Fourth, join us for a Zoom® call where we’ll answer all your questions.
As soon as you submit your Expression of Interest Form, we’ll contact you to schedule a half-hour discussion via Zoom® with Steve Kreitzberg, President of PIR. At the end of this meeting, if both you and PIR are ready to work together, we’ll email you the current DST offering materials. We look forward to working with you!
